What We Manufacture

DPZP Progress produces a full range of roofing and facade materials for industrial and agricultural construction: profiled sheeting, metal roofing tiles, sandwich panels, LSTS/bent profiles, drainage systems and complementary elements. Every product goes through quality control at each stage of production, and our facilities are equipped to handle both standard runs and non-standard technical requirements.

Profiled Sheeting

Our plant produces profiled steel sheeting in standard profiles C8, C10, C21, NS35, NS44, N-60, N-75, N-92, and custom sizes on request. We also manufacture load-bearing sheeting for formwork (concrete casting), corrosion-resistant sheeting for livestock buildings and other aggressive environments, and sheeting with DRIPSTOP anti-condensation coating, which prevents moisture build-up on the underside of the roof.

Metal Roofing Tiles (Wholesale)

We offer metal roofing tiles in multiple profiles and colors, with PVDF, polyester or plastisol coating options for durability and weather resistance. Standard steel thickness is 0.45–0.5 mm, balancing strength and weight. Our technical team calculates material quantities and provides detailed specifications for every project, and precision roll-forming equipment ensures consistent sheet geometry even on large, time-sensitive orders.

Sandwich Panels

DPZP Progress supplies sandwich panels for fast-track construction of grain storage facilities, livestock complexes, logistics centers and industrial buildings. Panels use PIR/PUR or mineral wool insulation, with outer facings in coated steel or aluminum foil. The interlocking joint system speeds up installation and reduces the number of additional fasteners needed on site.

Manufacturing Capacity

Our production lines use automated forming and cutting equipment, with quality checks at every stage — including regular testing of mechanical properties, coating thickness and corrosion resistance.
